Getting ready for some Hollywood icons!!

This is another reason why I love the fact of attending Hispanicize 2013!!
with more than 100 hundred sessions and 260 presenters over five days, I have just been informed that
there will be some Iconic women in Hollywood in one of the sessions that I'm looking forward to, The Adelante Movement: The wisdom of latina Legends, which is founded by Nelly Galan and presented by Coca-Cola Company.

So, what is this Adelante Movement??
It is a series of live forums that focuses on bringing together Latina leaders around the nation to connect with financial opportunities and inspire them to be prosperous and be able to help and contribute to their families and communities. It is where you will find the tools, the help and support you need to become the powerful latina that you want to be.
You can start by following them on Twitter for some powerful and inspirational advice.

In this session, The inspirational Rita Moreno and the instantly recognizable Charo will be sharing their experiences, struggles, achievements that for sure will inspire so many latinas.
These women have surpassed stereotypes and reinvent themselves, as well of an example on healthy living with remarkable long lasting careers that continue to grow.

Nelly Galan: The first Latina president of a U.S. TV network Telemundo, named one of PEOPLE En Español's 25 Most Powerful Women. First Latina to appear on Celebrity Apprentice with Donald Trump and is currently executive producer and creator of Celebrity Swan.

Rita Moreno: She is one of Puerto Rico's pride who has won all four of the most prestigious awards in show business: the Oscar, the Tony, two Emmys and a Grammy. She has performed on Broadway, appeared in more than 40 feature films and among other important recognition's she was awarded the National Medal of Arts by President Obama in 2010.

Charo: Singer, musician and actress born in Murcia Spain best known for her Latin sassiness, bubbly personality, sexy outfits and her most famous phrase during the 70's "cuchi cuchi". She appeared in many TV hit shows like the Carol Burnett Show and The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson. She is a humanitarian and an activist for animal rights and is a member of PETA. This woman can play the guitar and capture an audience with her spunk and originality.

I am sincerely counting the days to be reunited with my personal group of powerful and fearless women.
The ones who have taught me so much in such a short time.
The ones I admire for a thousand different reasons and the ones I connect with on all sorts of levels.
My very own Latina Icons
Unfortunately, I will not be able to sip on a cold glass of Sangria like last year (baby bump on its way!), but thank goodness
I will be able to enjoy an icy cold Coca-Cola :)

I cannot wait to be present to this powerful session where Latinas will benefit from all the stories these amazing women will tell and I am so grateful to Coca-Cola for helping me get to Hispanicize this year!!

Attendance to The Adelante Movement: The wisdom of Latina Legends is free but space is limited. To obtain a ticket please pre-register HERE
I will be tweeting and posting on Instagram live during the session so make sure you follow ME and #CokeHispz13 and #Adelante to stay up to date with this empowering session!
