When I first found out about this healthy snack, I knew immediately I would like it. Oatmeal, yogurt, fruits and granola? Hell yeah! Plus it seemed like very easy to make and thank God it is, cause I spend enough time already in the kitchen now that I
have learned how to bake all kinds of things...but back to the oats, here is the recipe:
1 cup Old Fashioned Oats
1cup of milk
1/2 cup of greek yogurt ( i personally use vanilla flavored)
4 tablespoons of chia seeds
These ratios double if you want to make more obviously.
Cinammon and little brown sugar are optional yet recommended.
add the fruit of your choice
Mix the ingredients together in a container and leave in the fridge overnight.
When serving, top with granola, raisins or any nuts of your preference.
Something crunchy is highly recommended! ;)
