I have not been feeling great lately.
The lack of sleep has definitely taken a turn on my
immune system.
This tea potpourri alongside a homemade chicken soup
makes me feel better in no time.
I put a bag of all three of these teas...
Linden leaves help relax you and get a better sleep
Cats Claw boosts your immune system
Greet tea is an antioxidant that is known to be an anti-viral and anti-bacterial
Brew all of the ingredients together..
I usually put like 4 anise seed
2 cinnamon sticks
sprinkle chamomile
Cut some ginger root
peel apple skin and orange skin
At the end I squeeze some lemon and drizzle honey...
It will soothe you and help you sleep better,
Plus, IT TASTES GREAT!

Thanks for the receta preciosa. I'll be making a pitcher worth of this when I get home. One taza for Sweetie who has a cold and the rest for Babushka so I don't get his cold!!! ; )
